Jen Welty works with leaders at the moments when how they show up matters most. Not in theory, but in how they lead their teams, make decisions, and shape the experience of work every day.

Jen is an executive coach and leadership development expert who helps individuals and teams do that work. She has a way of helping leaders see themselves more clearly—what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to shift for them to lead more effectively.

Her experience spans global organizations and senior leadership roles. She served as Vice President of Global Talent Management and Inclusion and Diversity at PVH, where she led enterprise-wide efforts to evolve how the organization developed talent, engaged employees, and approached performance. During her tenure, PVH earned a perfect score on the CEI index and was recognized as one of Fortune’s top diversity companies.

She has also held leadership roles at BNP Paribas and worked with organizations including American Express, Microsoft, FedEx, Disney, and United Technologies, helping leaders strengthen how they lead in moments that matter.

At Strategy Muse, Jen led the development of an organization-wide leadership program for Dairy Management Inc., aligning leaders at every level around four core competencies. More than a training initiative, the program gives leaders a shared foundation and the structure to apply it in how they lead their teams day to day.

Her work is grounded in a simple belief: Leadership is defined by what you do—and how consistently people experience it.

A lifelong musician, Jen taught herself piano at four and later studied opera and percussion. Today, she brings that same lens to leadership, helping individuals uncover and express the “music” within them so they can lead with clarity, authenticity, and impact.
