She brings more than 25 years of experience across enterprise organizations, high-growth SaaS companies, and digital platforms—helping leaders make sense of emerging technologies and translate them into something people can use. Her work spans AI, machine learning, healthcare, and HR tech, always with a focus on connecting technical innovation to real human impact.

Over the course of her career, Fully has held leadership roles at organizations including Capacity AI, Express Scripts, and Snapfish, and led Prepare.ai, a nationally recognized AI advocacy organization. She has worked across the full lifecycle of growth—from early-stage companies to large-scale enterprises—helping organizations communicate clearly as they scale, evolve, and adopt new technologies.

At Strategy Muse, Fully is working with a global biotech company to navigate complex regulatory and disclosure requirements across the European Union. More than a compliance effort, her work is helping the organization use this moment to build stronger connection and clarity with employees across markets—turning a technical mandate into an opportunity to build culture.

She brings a steady, grounded perspective to work that can otherwise feel overwhelming. Outside of work, Fully applies her skill in translating complex technology into actionable insights to help parents and educators address the impacts of AI usage on children.
