Mary Streche works across the full arc of change, from shaping the message to helping people live it.
Mary is both a communications leader and an executive coach, which shapes how she approaches transformation. She works with leaders to move beyond explaining change to actually living it—helping them show up in ways people can understand, trust, and follow.
Over the course of her career, she has worked with organizations through some of their most difficult moments, restructurings, mergers, and large-scale transformations where the stakes are high and the path forward isn’t always clear. Her clients have included Pfizer, Regeneron, Point32Health, United Airlines, Coca-Cola, and Credit Suisse.
She focuses on what sits underneath the change: how leaders make decisions, how teams work together, and what actually gets reinforced day to day. Because that’s where change either takes hold or fades out.
At Strategy Muse, Mary has led culture transformation work for a global biotech company at a critical point in its growth. As the organization scaled from 750 employees to more than 15,000, she helped leaders protect and expand the entrepreneurial, science-first culture that drove its success. She worked closely with leadership to define the values and behaviors that mattered most—and embed them into how people lead, make decisions, and work together—so the culture could grow without losing what made it work.
Mary is known for helping leaders live and lead with greater clarity, authenticity, and alignment between what they say and what they do. It’s the same perspective she brings to the women’s circles she facilitates in her community—small, guided gatherings that create the conditions for reflection, openness, and meaningful connection.
