Rishi Seth thinks a lot about what people notice. And what they ignore.
Because most communication doesn’t fail because it’s wrong.
It fails because no one pays attention to it.
Rishi is a graphic designer and art director who knows how to make things stand out—and matter. His work is grounded in a simple idea: good design doesn’t just look good, it pulls people in, helps them understand something quickly, and gives them a reason to care.
Over the course of his career, Rishi has worked across agencies and in-house teams, including roles at McKesson, EDS, and Jacobs Engineering. His work spans advertising, publishing, and brand design, with clients including BNSF Railway, Pier 1 Imports, and the Van Cliburn Competition. It’s been recognized in industry shows and publications; but more importantly, it’s been used to solve real business problems.
At Strategy Muse, Rishi designs internal campaigns that help organizations cut through the noise. He works closely with clients to turn complex initiatives into visual stories that people engage with, bringing clarity, energy, and a sense of momentum to the work.
Because when something catches your eye, you’re far more likely to pay attention to what it’s trying to say.
A budding thespian in his youth, he was once in the running for a role in the Jack Nicholson film Terms of Endearment. Funny how some things catch a casting director’s eye while other talents can be overlooked. No Oscar came of it, but he’s since gathered a fair share of design accolades.
