Some of the most important things shaping an organization don’t show up in a strategy.
They show up in how people interact. What gets said and what doesn’t. Where trust holds, and where it quietly breaks down.
Jessica Powers works in that space.
As an executive coach and organizational psychologist, Jessica helps leaders see the dynamics driving their teams and organizations, often the ones just beneath the surface. Her work brings those patterns into the open, so leaders can shift how they show up and, in turn, change how their teams operate.
Before joining Strategy Muse, Jessica spent more than 20 years working across global organizations and startups in industries including financial services, media, technology, and energy. She has designed leadership development programs, led organizational assessments, and facilitated conversations that unlock clarity, connection, and forward movement. Earlier in her career, she worked at Bank of America and in the nonprofit and creative sectors, experiences that continue to shape her understanding of people, systems, and change.
At Strategy Muse, Jessica works closely with leaders navigating complexity—helping them uncover what’s getting in the way of alignment, decision-making, and performance, and equipping them to lead with greater intention and impact.
She also serves as a coach for Chief, supporting senior women leaders at pivotal moments in their careers.
She lives in Brooklyn, NY and is an avid lap swimmer, drawn to the paradox of being alone in her lane while moving alongside others—an experience that mirrors her work helping leaders stay grounded in themselves while navigating the dynamics around them.
