His focus isn’t just on how things look, but how they work—how a brand shows up in a portal, in a message from a leader, or in the moment someone needs help. When those experiences feel clear, human, and consistent, people are far more likely to engage, adopt, and believe in what the organization is trying to do.

Before joining Strategy Muse, Josh built his career at leading global agencies including McCann New York, UM, FCB, and KBS, working with brands like Bloomberg, L’Oréal, the United States Tennis Association, and CBS. He is known for making complex ideas simple without losing their meaning.
When he’s not at his computer, you can find Josh traveling the world (he’s set foot on all seven continents), exploring Colorado, or obsessively consuming music—a reflection of his curiosity about how people navigate, interpret, and connect with the world around them.
