Meredith Moore has spent her career helping people move forward, especially when they’re not sure how.

Sometimes that looks like working with senior leaders to clarify direction and align their teams. Other times, it’s helping individuals step into new roles, navigate inflection points, or break through the patterns holding them back. Across both, her focus is the same: turning insight into action.

Meredith brings a unique blend of executive communications, coaching, and leadership development to her work. She understands how strategy, storytelling, and personal agency intersect—and how often progress stalls when even one of those is missing. Her approach helps leaders create the clarity and conditions people need to move with confidence and purpose.

Before joining Strategy Muse, Meredith built her career inside some of the world’s most recognized companies. At McDonald’s, she held senior roles across communications, inclusion, and community engagement, ultimately serving as Director of Global Community Engagement. Reporting to the CEO, Don Thompson, she led a global strategy across 119 countries—aligning efforts and mobilizing people to bring the company’s values to life. She later advised leaders at organizations like 3M and Comcast, helping them navigate complex challenges related to advancing women in the workplace. Along the way, her own experience navigating these systems led her to become an executive coach and author, focused on helping individuals break through barriers and take ownership of their path.

At Strategy Muse, Meredith partners with clients such as Regeneron and New York Power Authority to align leaders and create a clear platform for action, ensuring strategy shows up in decisions, behaviors, and results.

She is also the author of Getting Unstuck: A Guide to Moving Your Career Forward and hosts a leadership podcast of the same name—grounded in the same idea that drives her work: real change happens when people break through what’s holding them back and take action.

When Meredith is not helping clients overcome challenges, she organizes an annual gathering of nonprofit thought leaders and social impact decision makers on Martha’s Vineyard. Producing the event reflects her commitment to building community and love for advancing client goals and messy logistics.
