Yvonne Judice sees the connections most organizations miss.

Between teams. Between efforts. Between work that’s happening in parallel but could be stronger together.

She helps people see those connections—and act on them.

Yvonne is a communications and engagement leader who focuses on relationships: how they’re built, sustained, and activated to move work forward. She understands that progress rarely comes from one team working harder. It comes from people working better together.

Early in her career, Yvonne worked at McDonald’s, where she moved into a role leading strategic philanthropy within the company’s global diversity and engagement efforts. She managed corporate giving, built partnerships across communities, and worked with business leaders to connect diversity efforts to business priorities. She later held roles at Pfizer and returned to lead strategic partnership development for Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Across corporate and nonprofit environments, she has managed large-scale partnerships, built cross-sector collaborations, and helped organizations align their efforts to extend their reach and effectiveness.

At Strategy Muse, Yvonne works with organizations to connect work that doesn’t naturally come together. Most recently, she helped a client stand up governance for its Office of Civil Rights & Inclusion, creating the structure and relationships needed for teams to work across silos and build on each other’s efforts.

She makes it easier for work to add up.

Just as Yvonne builds and activates relationships to move work forward, she brings that same connective energy when she’s teaching on the mat— helping students strengthen the relationship between mind, body, and breath through yoga and Pilates.
