Lauren is a leadership and brand strategist who helps organizations align around a shared direction—and make it stick. She’s a master facilitator, known for bringing executive teams together around the conversations that matter most, and guiding them toward clarity, commitment, and action. Her 1:1 coaching practice supports transformational leaders in navigating change and empowering their teams.

Her perspective is shaped by more than two decades of experience across industries and environments. She has held senior roles in some of the world’s most respected organizations, including serving as Chief Brand Officer at BCW, where she helped define and activate the firm’s corporate and employer brand across a global workforce of more than 4,000 employees. She has coached leaders of Fortune 500 companies, from tech giants to professional service icons. Earlier in her career, she worked at leading agencies including Wieden+Kennedy and BBDO, and developed purpose-driven brand strategies with organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Tiffany & Co., and Bluebird Bio.

At Strategy Muse, Lauren led the brand strategy and development of E3n, formed through the merger of ERB and EMA. She designed and facilitated a participatory process that brought member organizations into shaping the brand—building alignment not just around the message, but around what the organization would become.

She helps leaders turn purpose into something people can see themselves and want to fight for.

When not building brands or leaders, Lauren likes to activate her own personal passion for performing as the lead singer of an 80s cover band in Westchester, NY where she and her partner, two kids, and two cats reside. Starting the band shortly after turning 50, Lauren continues to prove —both personally and professionally—that purposeful action towards your North Star is an ever-evolving and always-energizing pursuit.
