Elizabeth Brunell works at the point where strategy meets execution—helping leaders turn plans into clear actions people can actually follow. She brings structure, coordination, and follow-through to complex work, keeping priorities clear, teams aligned, and progress moving forward from start to finish.

Before Strategy Muse, she served as HR Business Partner at an Arcosa Wind Towers manufacturing plant, where she partnered with plant leaders to build employee engagement, culture change, and internal communication strategies from the ground up.

Today, she continues to help organizations make change, learning, and engagement work for their people, designing experiences they actually want to be part of. Not something they sit through, but something they can use. Her work is rooted in making things clear, practical, and worth people’s time.

At Strategy Muse, Elizabeth has worked across industries including energy, manufacturing, agriculture, insurance, and pharmaceuticals, where she’s helped organizations from 150 people to more than 10,000 rethink how they engage their people. She spent several years helping one agriculture organization reimagine learning and development, moving away from traditional classroom models toward more hands-on, practical experiences. For an energy client, she led a company-wide engagement campaign for its 90th anniversary that drove record participation with union-represented employees.

She's known for helping leaders turn vision into reality—never losing sight of the objectives, or the people, the work is intended to serve.

A classically trained opera singer who once swore she'd never work behind a desk, Elizabeth knows firsthand that the best path forward isn’t always the one you planned.
