Amy Bilello has a way of bringing order to moments that feel anything but.

When a lot is changing at once, people don’t just need information. They need to understand what’s happening, what it means for them, and what to do next.

That’s where Amy does her best work.

She’s spent her career in the middle of transformation, helping organizations communicate through complexity in ways that people can act on. Her instinct is to simplify without oversimplifying, giving people just enough clarity to move forward with confidence.

Early in her career, Amy led a nationally recognized paralegal program at Roosevelt University, growing enrollment by reshaping how the program communicated its value to students and employers. She later spent more than a decade at Allstate leading executive communications, supporting enterprise initiatives across product, customer experience, and operations.

At Strategy Muse, Amy works with leaders navigating large-scale change, helping them connect the strategy to what people experience day to day. Her work spans industries and organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, Phillips 66, United Airlines, and Walgreens Boots Alliance.

She brings a steady hand to moments that can easily feel chaotic—and helps people move forward with clarity.

Outside of work, Amy is often the person friends turn to when something feels complicated or uncertain—a reflection of her instinct to listen, make sense of what matters, and help people move forward with clarity.
