Over more than 30 years, Tracy has coached and advised leaders across some of the world’s most recognized organizations, including GE, Nike, PepsiCo, Merck, and Novartis. She also built and led KPMG’s global change management practice, helping organizations navigate transformation at scale. Across roles, her focus has remained consistent: changing how leaders show up to change how organizations perform.

She has helped a leading biotech company strengthen leadership effectiveness and has supported executive teams in uncovering and shifting the patterns that get in the way of alignment, decision-making, and performance.
