Ashley Austin thinks in images before words.
She notices what people pause on, what they skip past, and what stays with them long after. That instinct shapes how she approaches design—not as decoration, but as a way to translate ideas into something people can feel and understand.
Her work spans nearly two decades and a wide range of environments, from global brands like Estée Lauder and Origins to startups in wellness, nonprofit, and tech. Across that work, she has built brands, designed digital experiences, and developed visual systems that bring clarity to complexity—helping ideas come through without losing their nuance.
Running her own e-commerce business added another layer. Design wasn’t theoretical. It had to connect. It had to resonate. It had to hold up in the real world.
At Strategy Muse, Ashley works with clients to turn strategy into story, using visuals to give shape, tone, and texture to ideas that might otherwise remain abstract. She helps organizations see what they’re trying to say, and say it in a way that feels coherent, compelling, and true.
She brings a strong point of view, a sharp eye for detail, and an instinct for what makes something linger.
Her work doesn’t just capture attention. It inspires the imagination.
